You can configure to provide customized management of notifications for new emails by account and folder.
The Do Not Disturb feature is a function that prevents new email notifications from being displayed during undesired times, such as holidays or non-working hours. You can use the options of customizing the schedule for the time slots.
You can configure global settings for the app's new email notifications in the below path.
Settings > Email > Notifications > Incoming
The following five(5) presets are provided for the Incoming Notifications:
As shown in the screenshot below, you can customize the Do Not Disturb setting of the corresponding Notification preset through the Notification detail screen appearing after touching ⓘ next to the preset name.

If you enter the DND schedule screen by tapping the 'Customize schedule,' you can fine-tune the DND time for notifications for a week in units of hours.
The following screenshot shows the setting value of the Do Not Disturb (hereafter DND) of the ‘During work hours’ preset. Look at the screenshot; the notification for new emails is set to work only during working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays (white area). And the Do Not Disturb is set to apply on weekends and non-working hours (blue area).
The time zone painted in blue is the time zone in which DND is specified, and the white (or black in the dark theme) color is the time zone in which DND is not set.
The corresponding DND designated value(white/blue) is supposed to toggle if you touch or drag each cell on the screen.
If you set the desired DND time slot by dragging the cells and then move to the previous screen and change the Notification setting value, you can make New email notifications show only the time band you want.
