Install Re:Work for Android for Webex

You can download Re:Work apps from the following link on your Android phones or iPhone/iPad, and then run the Re:Work app, and set up your account.

How to Sign In to Webex Service in Rework

Once you set up the account in the Re:Work app, you can access the Webex service from the 'Online meetings' menu at the following path:

Re:Work Settings > Online meetings > You can log in to the Webex service by tapping 'Webex'.

The Webex login screen will now appear. You should sign in to the service using the Webex account.

If you have successfully signed in to the Webex service, you will see the linked account under Webex. And if you want to sign out from the Webex service, you can simply sign out by using the X button on the right side of Webex.

Create a Webex meeting

  1. If you create a Webex meeting in Re:Work app, first of all, switch to the Re:Work Calendar and tap the ‘+’ icon at the bottom right of the screen to create a new event.
  2. Enter a title for the meeting and turn on the switch next to 'Webex'.
  3. When the Webex meeting is successfully created in the service, the switch next to Webex turns on, and the status information under the Webex item changes to ‘Will be added’.
  4. Now that you should save the event by tapping the ‘Save’ on the top right.
  5. The event is now created once Webex meeting information is included normally in the event.
